To return purchased goods, please ensure that:

  • The goods are in their original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made items.
  • Items that, by their nature, cannot be returned, such as products that have expired.
  • Items that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened.
  • Items that, after delivery, have been combined with other products (product mixtures).

Gifts:

If you wish to return a gift, the value will be refunded as store credit. Once we receive your returned gift, we will issue a gift credit certificate.
