Products are delivered within 1–3 business days. In unforeseen cases, the delivery period may extend to 2–5 business days. Free delivery is available for orders over €30.
Delivery costs are calculated after the shopping cart is created and the delivery method is selected.

Delivery to Latvia and Estonia

Products are delivered within 1–4 business days using Omniva and DPD services. Free delivery for orders over €30 does not apply to Latvia and Estonia.

Delivery to Other Countries

Products are delivered within 5–14 business days using the services of AB “Lietuvos paštas.” Free delivery for orders over €30 does not apply to international shipments.

Delivery Information

  • The customer is required to provide the exact delivery address when placing an order.
  • Products are delivered by the Seller or an authorized representative. The delivery (transportation) fee is calculated when the order is created. If no other recipient is specified in the order, the Customer must accept the products personally.
  • The Seller undertakes to deliver products to the Customer in Lithuania within 1–3 business days after payment, unless otherwise agreed.
  • The Seller undertakes to deliver products to other EU countries within 5–14 business days after payment, unless otherwise agreed.
  • The Customer must carefully check the quantity and quality of the products upon delivery. When receiving the order from the courier, the Customer must sign the delivery documents, confirming receipt of the products.
  • All remarks regarding obvious product defects must be made in writing at the time of delivery. Claims regarding hidden defects must be submitted in writing no later than 7 (seven) days after receipt of the products. Otherwise, the products will be considered accepted and satisfactory to the Customer.
  • The Seller undertakes to deliver the products to the address and within the deadlines specified in the order. If it becomes apparent that the Seller cannot deliver within the agreed time, the Customer will be informed immediately. The Customer agrees that delivery may be delayed in exceptional cases due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • After the Customer has paid for the products, the Seller will send the invoice by email.
  • The Seller is released from liability for late delivery if the products are not delivered on time due to the Customer’s fault or circumstances dependent on the Customer.
  • Orders are accepted and processed daily.
